Why Me?

I am deeply values-based, with over 30 years’ career insights from clinical, operational, commissioning and strategic roles. I have many years’ experience of coaching individuals and teams formally and informally to improve their performance across all sectors, from small-scale to global organisations: health and social care, local authority, education, research, legal, insurance, consultancy, manufacturing, software, transport, as well as local and international voluntary and community services and IGO.

I am skilled in eliciting what each person aspires to achieve, so they can focus on how to overcome challenges on their unique journey to success.

As an experienced senior leader, I am focused on outcomes and impact. I champion equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, with a track record of driving positive action.

A change agent, trained in systems leadership, I understand complex systems and their demands. I have led senior level partnership working and transformation integrating public, private, community and voluntary sector services, locally and regionally.

Proud to be of mixed British and Caribbean heritage, I relish living in super-diverse Birmingham. My coaching offer can be flexible to meet your needs by mutual agreement.

When not spending time with our extended family, my husband and I enjoy biking (I ride my own Triumph Tiger motorbike), campervan life, hiking and photography in stunning scenery - hence the images on this site. I am an insatiable reader, irrepressible dancer, and love nothing more than meaningful connection with other people.

My Why

I love that “wow!” feeling as coaching clients find their flow, sharpen their thinking and hone in on exactly how to move forward. It’s energising how coaching liberates us from fixed, binary thinking so we can adapt and grow. I relish working with clients as they author the next chapters of their story and achieve the goals they set themselves.

Coaching resonates with my core skills as a former Physiotherapist: my tailored questions and challenges combine with your unique perspective, abilities and aspirations. We work jointly, while you make the changes to raise your game and achieve your broader goals.
